Introducing Court Reserve: Our New Reservation and Sign Up Platform!
We are excited to announce that we will be using Court Reserve! The decision to use an inclusive software allows us to elevate our member’s experiences with booking a court, signing up for organised play, and many new features we will unlock in the future! This platform will replace Hold My Court and Sign Up Genius.
Why Court Reserve?
Court Reserve is a user-friendly platform that simplifies the process of booking courts and registering for organised play events. Here are some of the key benefits:
- Easy Reservations: Quickly book your preferred court at your convenience.
- Organised Play Sign-Ups: This platform will become the place for you to register for upcoming round robins, social events and lessons with just a few clicks.
- Real-Time Updates: Stay informed about court availability, event schedules, and any changes or cancellations.
- Accessible Anywhere: Use Court Reserve from a web browser on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
- Mobile App: Court Reserve also has an app for your phone! This is one of the most user friendly experiences.
How to Get Started
At this time using Court Reserve for our facilities is only accessible by members of the Red Deer Pickleball Club. What you need to know:
- One Week: The amount of time (approximately) it will take for members to get an email inviting them to create an account or link an existing account after they buy their membership.
- Explore the Features: Familiarise yourself with the dashboard, where you can view court availability and upcoming events.
- Book a Court: Select the date and time you want to play, choose an available court, and confirm your reservation.
- Sign Up for Organised Play: Browse through our list of events and organised play, and register for those that interest you. *Note: Please do not sign up for rated play if you do not have a formal club or tournament rating at that level.
Tips for Using Court Reserve
- Plan Ahead: Courts can fill up quickly, especially during peak hours. Make your reservations early to secure your spot.
- Cancellations: Please cancel your reservation if your plans change and you will no longer be using a court.
