EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2021, THE FOLLOWING WILL APPLY:
- Players are allowed to form a group of no more than 10 and play singles and doubles within the group. The group should use courts that are close by and keep physical distance from other groups as much as possible. Groups can be formed during the session by mutual agreement between players. Players are not allowed to switch from one group to another during the day, so arrive on time.
- COURTS WILL BE BOOKED AS FOURSOMES SO IF YOU ONLY SEE 3 NAMES, FEEL FREE TO ADD YOURS. YOU MUST STICK WITH THESE PLAYERS (CONTACT TRACING). IF YOU WANT TO PLAY SINGLES AGAINST THE SAME PERSON, PLEASE INDICATE “TWOSOME” IN BOOKING SO NO ONE ADDS THEIR NAME TO YOUR TIMESLOT.
- Please ensure that all participants’ names are included in the time slot booked. To reduce space required for the names, we encourage booking with initial for your first name and full last name. The booking records in “hold my court” will be used as your sign in records as well as used for contact tracing purpose in the unfortunate event of covid situations.
- There is no change on the booking of the ball machines. Unless there is another person waiting in line to use the ball machine at the time when you are done, the ball machine should be stored away and sheltered from unforeseen weather changes.
All courts must be pre-booked on "Hold My Court”. Club password remains: 2020
Please ensure that your membership is up to date before making any booking
Please maintain social distancing, minimize socializing and wear face mask while not playing, wipe down the gate handles and sanitize often
If you are the last one in the facility, lock up the bathrooms and ensure the ball machines are put away

IT APPEARS THAT, AS OF JUNE 15, WE WILL BE ABLE TO OPEN UP EVEN MORE. DETAILS WILL FOLLOW
